Reservations

Initially please telephone/e-mail to check availability and, if required, make a provisional booking. This will be held for five days only.

To secure a provisional booking please return the completed Booking Form, within the five days, together with a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week booked.

Confirmation of your booking will be then sent together with an Invoice for the balance, which is payable two calendar months before departure.

A security deposit of £200 is also required at the time of paying the final balance. This is, of course, refundable in full after your return home, subject to there being no damage or lost items.

The villa is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and until 10am on the day of departure.

The villa will be professionally cleaned and all linens laundered prior to your arrival and on departure.

This is a NON-SMOKING Villa, smoking is permitted outside only please.      NO PETS AT ANYTIME.
